Welcome to True Label, a mobile application ("we," "our," "us") developed and provided by the individual owner ("Developer"). By accessing or using True Label ("App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the App.

1. Service Overview

True Label is designed to help users make informed decisions about consumer products by allowing you to scan ingredient lists, obtain health scores and details, and conduct advanced web searches. All health scores, product details, and insights provided are for informational purposes only. True Label does not replace professional medical advice—always consult a healthcare professional for questions regarding diet, allergies, or health.

2. Health & Ingredient Information Disclaimer

True Label provides data and recommendations based on available sources and its own algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, all information is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. You should verify product labels before making purchase, consumption, or application decisions. No health, dietary, or medical advice is given.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use True Label. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and comply with relevant laws.

4. Account Registration

To access premium features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and current information. You are responsible for securing account details and all activity that occurs within your account.

5. Subscription and Fees

True Label offers only weekly and annual subscription plans.

• All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time, but continued access will remain until the end of the current billing period.

6. Data Accuracy and Errors

Information provided by True Label may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated. Check product labels and reliable resources before making purchase or health decisions. We do not guarantee the exactness of ingredient, health, or web-search results.

7. Third-Party Links

True Label may contain links to third-party sites and services for convenience. We do not endorse or control external sites; use them at your own risk.

8. Prohibited Conduct

By using True Label, you agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, alter, or misuse any part of the App or its results.
• Provide false or misleading information when registering or using the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of True Label, including reliance on health, ingredient, or product information. Users are responsible for their own choices and should make final decisions based on product packaging and professionals' advice.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App Developer from any claims, damages, or liability resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

True Label is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind—express or implied. We do not guarantee the App is error-free or uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations.

12. Modification of Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of True Label implies acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.

Any disputes will be settled in Turkish courts, located in Istanbul.

15. App Store Policies

Purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective terms and conditions and refund policies.

16. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for subscriptions or purchases made within True Label.

17. AI Disclaimer

We use AI to process the product ingredients, and we do not claim to provide medical, health, or dietary advice and do not claim the answers from AI is 100% true.
