1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Grove is a mobile application that allows you to:

• Scan product barcodes and ingredient labels
• Receive nutritional scores and health analysis for products
• Save and organize product information
• Access personalized product recommendations

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Premium Features

The App offers premium features through a subscription service. Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4.3 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

4.4 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any photos, scans, or other content you submit through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content to provide and improve the App.

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code or software

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 Health Information Disclaimer

The nutritional information and health scores provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding dietary decisions, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements.

7.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate product information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided through the App. Product formulations may change, and users should always verify information by reading actual product labels.

7.3 General Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any errors or omissions in the content
• Any dietary decisions made based on information from the App

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
